Qualifications
Carrying passengers for payment requires a Class 2 licence. Drivers are, as a rule, our own employees; during peak season a partner operator's driver may take the ride.

Operations manager
Appointed under the Road Transport Act. Owns rostering and running instructions.
Maintenance manager
Keeps the daily inspection and scheduled service records.
Pre-departure check
Eight items, each signed off and filed.
Fatigue management
Rosters follow the overtime caps for driving work that took effect in April 2024.
